In a gray and gloomy London, a desperate father named Alec Graham finds himself in a race against time to save his son, who has been sentenced to death for a crime he did not commit. When Alec, an alcoholic in his final days, learns of the impending execution, he decides to set aside his inner demons and do whatever it takes to prove his son’s innocence. Haunted by a tumultuous past, time becomes his greatest enemy as he faces the authorities and a world that seems to have forgotten him.

Desperate, Alec begins to investigate the case, battling his own addiction and the indifference of the judicial system. As he delves into the dark web of lies and betrayals surrounding his son, he discovers that there are people who have been manipulating the truth for their own gain. Amidst family tensions, an unexpected romance, and revelations of betrayal, the climax approaches dangerously.

The plot unfolds in a dizzying game of cat and mouse where probability and hope intertwine, as every second counts. Alec must overcome his own shortcomings to find the truth, but will it be too late? With an oppressive atmosphere and intense suspense, the limits of paternal love and the mysteries of justice are explored in a dark and captivating narrative.
