In an old apartment building, the daily lives of its residents are disrupted by the arrival of a new tenant: a mysterious boy named Harry Potter. Since his arrival, strange phenomena begin to occur, such as the appearance of plants that devour the unsuspecting and a series of paranormal events that catch the attention of the other inhabitants. However, it is not just the tenant who causes unease; Harry harbors a dark secret.
It turns out he is actually a troll, an evil being who seeks to seize the souls of the tenants and transform them into creatures of his magical world. As chaos unfolds, the victims begin to be turned into distorted versions of themselves, leaving the remaining residents on a mission to stop the troll before it's too late.
The story follows the brave girl, Wendy, who teams up with her brother and some of the building's most eccentric tenants to fight against this sinister entity. With humor and a touch of horror, the film mixes elements of fantasy and numerous nods to pop culture from the '80s. In the end, laughter and surprises intertwine as the protagonists face a chilling spectacle of dark magic, discovering that friendship and courage may be the key to defeating evil.
