In the heart of Paris, a young couple desperately seeks their place in a world that has begun to crumble. While the troubled Vincent waits for his wife, the fascinating and dark Marianne, his life takes a tragic turn. Marianne, who finds herself in a state of confusion and unrest, is haunted by an insatiable carnal desire that transforms her into a creature filled with hunger and thirst for blood.

Meanwhile, the tormented Vincent investigates a series of crimes that seem to be connected to the sudden absence of his wife. Unable to comprehend the true nature of the illness that consumes her, he ventures into the labyrinths of a city that hides dark secrets. As the story unfolds, the paths of other characters, such as an obsessed doctor and a woman who also succumbs to the same madness, intersect in a spiral of violence and uncontrollable desire.

Caught between the sublime and the grotesque, love becomes a desperate struggle to reclaim the woman who was once his companion. The tension escalates as Vincent attempts to save Marianne from an identity that threatens to devour her completely. As the plot develops, horror intertwines with intimacy, revealing that in this world, passion and destruction can be two sides of the same coin.
