In a charming harbor, the life of a small tugboat is anything but boring. Our protagonist, a little boat with a big heart, dreams of being the hero of the port. Despite his modest size and being regarded as just a "little boat," he is determined to help all the ships in distress. In his day-to-day life, he faces unexpected challenges: from rescuing a large cargo ship stuck in treacherous waters to assisting a group of fishermen caught in a fierce storm.

The little tugboat's adventures lead him to form friendships with other boats in the harbor, including an elegant steamer and a tough but kind crane. However, an arrogant large cargo ship, which looks down on the tugboat for his size, becomes his main rival. With wit and bravery, the little tugboat proves that true strength is not in size, but in heart and the will to help.

As the small boat's adventures unfold, viewers are taken on an exciting journey where friendship, teamwork, and courage intertwine. With comedic situations and heartfelt moments, this story is a reminder that even the smallest can accomplish great things and that everyone has an important role in the vast family of the sea. In the end, the little tugboat becomes the hero he always dreamed of being, earning the respect and admiration of all.
