In the tumultuous world of organized crime in the 1960s, a man finds himself caught between loyalty and betrayal. Based on true events, the story follows a gangster, played by a charismatic lead, who, fed up with life in the mafia and fearing for his own survival, decides to cooperate with the FBI. As he immerses himself in the process of becoming a protected witness, he unveils dark secrets and brutalities of the criminal empire led by New York's most powerful family.

The narrative unfolds through his memories and flashbacks, detailing his rise in the criminal ranks, his involvement in executions, and his relationships with other influential figures in the underworld. As he shares his story, fierce conflicts erupt among mobsters, who do not hesitate to execute traitors. We witness how his life drastically changes as he faces the constant fear of retaliation, all set against a backdrop where justice seems to be an elusive concept.

Interspersing scenes of harrowing violence with moments of reflection, the film offers a visceral look at chaos and heartbreak, ensnaring the viewer in a web of intrigue and tension. However, the path of betrayal comes at a steep price, and our protagonist must grapple with the consequences of his choices in a world where death may be lurking just around the corner at any moment.
