Where the Boys Are

Four college students determined to leave behind their academic routine and seek a bit of adventure and romance during their spring break set off on a trip to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. With a youthful spirit and a ton of dreams, the girls are ready to enjoy the sun, dance, and, of course, meet boys. Their enthusiasm is contagious, but each has her own perspective on love and what she hopes to gain from these escapades.

The leader of the group, Marcie, is the most impulsive and hits the accelerator in search of thrills. Her friend, who is a bit more reserved, grapples between having fun and staying faithful to her boyfriend. As the days go by, they will meet a variety of charming guys, but they will also face disappointments and the realities of life. The challenges of friendship, trust, and romantic decisions come to light as the group realizes that not everything is as it seems in the world of young romance.

Amid beach parties, music-filled nights, and the hustle and bustle of Fort Lauderdale, the story captures the essence of youth and the desire to discover true love, while learning that the most important things are not measured only in broken hearts and sporadic encounters, but in the connections that forge friendship and the memories of those golden days.
