In the midst of the Great Depression, a group of teenagers embarks on a dangerous adventure across the United States, seeking to escape the misery that haunts their families. In a world where dreams have been banished, these young people, who have left their homes, face a harsh reality as they travel from one city to another. With a burning desire to find opportunities and a better future, they hop onto freight trains and traverse dusty roads, forming indestructible friendships and confronting the challenges of life on the streets.

Amidst laughter and tears, the kids are forced to tackle the harshness of the world. From encounters with the police to moments of pure camaraderie, their journey offers both comedic and tragic situations. Life on the road is not easy; they must learn to survive in a hostile environment, where each day represents a constant struggle. However, amid all the adversity, they also discover small joys and the power of loyalty.

Set against the backdrop of 1930s America, this film captures the essence of youth, hope, and resilience in difficult times. Each character reflects a piece of the spirit of the era, providing a nostalgic and poignant glimpse into the lives of those who fought to find their place in a world that seemed to forget them.
