In the heart of a nation steeped in political chaos and absurd humor, a chief jester named "Minky" becomes the target of a hilarious entanglement when he gets swept into international intrigue. Minky, a caricatured dictator from a fictional land, decides to make somewhat strange use of his power: launching an ambitious campaign to conquer the world through persuasion by means of ridicule. With the help of his loyal assistant and a series of inept subjects, he confronts the secretive interests of other tyrannical leaders who are far from pleased with his sudden popularity.

The situations turn absurd when Minky tries to get involved in a spy plot aimed at his own country. With a mix of extravagant characters, from ridiculously clumsy spies to allies who seem more concerned with their own whims than the well-being of the nation, the film becomes a surreal journey through politics. Satirical humor unfolds as Minky navigates his own blunders, repeating his mantra of power that quickly turns into a disastrous game of fiascos. As the plot reaches its climax, the plans for world domination take an unexpected turn, leaving Minky facing not only his rivals but also his own inability to govern. An unforgettable critique of leadership, greed, and human madness wrapped in a veil of zany comedy.
