In a curious town in New England, two young dreamers, Max and Lila, move into an old Victorian house, unaware that their new neighbors are actually a pair of ghosts trapped between the world of the living and the afterlife. Adam and Barbara, the spirits of the house, have been trying to scare off the new owners so they would leave, but their plans always fail. One day, in an attempt to reclaim their home, Max and Lila encounter the feared and eccentric bio-exorcist who has been a terror to the ghosts: Beetlejuice.
With his unmistakable dark humor and a touch of madness, Beetlejuice becomes their unexpected ally, promising to help them regain control of their new home. However, what starts as a friendly deal quickly turns into supernatural chaos. Max and Lila must contend not only with the antics of the carefree Beetlejuice but also with the complications of wanting to live peacefully alongside the grumpy ghosts who, in their own way, are trying to protect their territory.
As the plot thickens, our two pairs are forced to confront their fears and find creative ways to coexist. Amid laughter, scares, and a handful of hilarious situations, the group will forge an unusual friendship that challenges the notions of life, death, and what it truly means to find a home.
