Beyond the Forest

In a small town in Wisconsin, the life of a married and discontented woman, anxious to escape her monotonous surroundings, unfolds amidst a dense forest that symbolizes both her yearning for freedom and the limits society imposes on her. Frustrated by the chains of her daily routine and the lack of passion in her marriage, she begins to dream of a different and more exciting life. However, there is more at stake, and her desire to flee leads her to a crossroads between her responsibilities and her deepest desires.

As her longing consumes her, she meets a handsome traveler, who represents the opportunity for a new life away from her home. This connection triggers a series of events that will make her question not only her choices but also her identity and the role she plays in her family. Caught between love and duty, her journey is not just physical but an emotional journey that tests her courage and determination.

With landscapes that contrast the natural beauty of the forest and the oppression of home, the story reveals the tensions between individual desire and societal expectations. The protagonist will have to confront the reality of her decisions and the impact they have on those she loves. Ultimately, it is an exploration of the search for true freedom in a world full of constraints.
