In a small village in Spain, a man named Juan, known for his rebellious nature and free spirit, finds himself at the eye of the hurricane following the return of his ill mother. The family, with its rigid and conservative traditions, does not look kindly on Juan's choices, as he has spent his youth exploring the world. The tension between him and his family intensifies when old grudges resurface, effort by effort, revealing secrets and wounds from the past.

As the days go by, Juan is forced to confront his family heritage and the expectations that have always surrounded him. While he tries to care for his mother and reconcile his differences with an authoritarian father, he encounters an old childhood friend, who becomes his confidante and emotional support. The young woman also has her own dreams and aspirations, further complicating Juan's internal struggle.

Through moments of comedy and drama, the film presents a journey of self-discovery and the search for identity amidst social pressures. Juan's fight to find his place in the world, while navigating the complicated family dynamics, offers a poignant portrayal of rebellion and the desire for freedom. With a touch of nostalgia, this story becomes a reflection of how difficult it can be to accept who we are in an environment that expects us to be something else.
