In a city marked by corruption and violence, twin brothers Connor and Murphy MacManus have been enjoying a peaceful life in Ireland, far removed from their past as vigilante guardians of justice. However, their tranquility is abruptly shattered when they receive devastating news: a priest who was an old family friend has been murdered amid a series of crimes signaling a new wave of violence in Boston. Driven by indignation and an unrelenting sense of justice, the brothers decide to return to their hometown to investigate and do what they do best: eliminate the criminal scum that has invaded their home.

Upon arriving, they discover that their legend has grown and that the local mobsters, fearful of their return, are also lurking. To make matters worse, the situation complicates when a clever and charismatic FBI agent, eager to prove his worth, begins tracking them down, trying to dismantle their crusade while boasting of his cunning.

Amid a mix of relentless action, dark humor, and plenty of gunfire, the brothers must deal with old enemies and unexpected allies as they fight to restore justice in a city that seems to drift between chaos and corruption. In the end, the question arises: how far would you be willing to go for your family and what you believe is right?
