In a dark and surreal version of New York, a lonely young man named Brian begins to experience a series of strange hallucinations and erratic behaviors after an unusual encounter with a bizarre parasite named Aylmer. This peculiar and unsettling being, which appears to have a jelly-like texture and a captivating personality, attaches itself to the back of Brian's head and grants him intense euphoria. But this euphoria comes at a steep price: Aylmer has an insatiable appetite for human brains, and each time Brian indulges in the pleasure his new friend provides, he is also forced to cede control over his mind.

As his daily life unravels, Brian becomes a pawn in Aylmer's macabre game, which spirals him into a whirlwind of murder and madness that defies all logic. His relationships with his friends and girlfriend are threatened, and Brian faces a battle between his humanity and the dangerous control of this alien parasite. In an intense and surreal climax, Brian must decide whether to sacrifice his sanity and life for the instant gratification that Aylmer offers him, or confront the dark truth behind his strange companion. With a bold visual style and a haunting narrative, this film delves into the darkest corners of the mind and the struggle for identity in an absurd world.
