The Cars That Ate Paris

In a small and picturesque Australian town, life seems calm until a strange car accident reveals a dark secret. The locals, who lead an apparently conventional life, have developed a bizarre obsession: they not only fix crashed cars but also use them for their own macabre purposes. When a group of tourists arrives in the town, they fall into the trap of a sinister system where the cars seem to have a mind of their own and the residents are not what they appear to be.

The protagonist, a young man trapped in this chilling scenario, begins to unravel the plot behind the peculiar bodywork of the vehicles. As the story progresses, he discovers that the cars are not merely machines but instruments of a much greater revenge. With the help of a couple of unusual allies, he attempts to escape the madness that has engulfed the town, but each attempt seems to pull him deeper into a world where asphalt and horror intertwine in a macabre dance.

The film combines elements of horror, dark comedy, and social critique, showcasing how the familiar can turn into the unknown in the blink of an eye. The narrative intertwines the absurd and the unsettling, leading us to question the true face of civilization and human nature when confronted with the incomprehensible. With a touch of surrealism, what begins as a road trip turns into a terrifying and unforgettable experience.
