In the heart of New York, a tormented psychiatrist specializing in trauma becomes ensnared in a spiral of mystery and seduction following the death of a colleague. When he takes on the therapy of a group of patients with psychological issues, he finds himself immersed in a complex web of intrigues and dark secrets. One of his patients, an enigmatic and seductive woman, weaves her charm over him and makes him question both his professional and personal life.

As he feels increasingly drawn to her, the tension ramps up when he discovers that his world is fraught with unexpected dangers. A series of brutal murders plague the city, and all the clues point to a grim connection between his patients and the mysterious death of his friend. As he delves deeper into the enigma, his mental health begins to unravel, as the boundaries between reality and madness blur.

The film plays with emotions and desire, often pushing the protagonist to unforeseen limits. Each revelation brings him closer to a terrifying truth that may be linked to his own history. With unexpected twists and a tension-filled atmosphere, it becomes a dangerous game where the mind plays tricks and secrets lurk in the shadows. Will he be able to uncover the truth before losing himself forever?
