In a not-too-distant future, the Critters, some furry and voracious extraterrestrials, have been hunted to the brink of extinction. But thanks to a group of malicious scientists, these little creatures find themselves in a new home: a space laboratory. There, they plan to study their biology to create enhanced versions of these beings, but as expected, the situation spirals out of control when the Critters manage to escape and soon unleash chaos aboard the ship.
Meanwhile, the hero of past tales, a young man named Brad, is revived in the future by the scientists, who believe he may be the key to controlling the Critters. However, he quickly realizes he is trapped in an intergalactic nightmare. Joining a group of peculiar characters, including a space pirate and a brave woman seeking revenge, Brad must fight not only for his life but also for the survival of everyone aboard the ship.
