In a dark corner of Milwaukee, an enigmatic young man becomes the obsessive fixation of his neighbors. Presenting an apparently ordinary life, Jeffrey is a quiet boy who feels alienated and lonely. However, behind his friendly facade lie sinister desires. The story immerses us in his childhood, where the first signs of his disorder begin to manifest. The tense relationship with his parents and his growing isolation play a crucial role in the development of his psychopathy.

As the plot unfolds, the film does not dwell on the horrors of his crimes, but rather explores the psychology of a serial killer who seeks connection and love in the most twisted way imaginable. The fleeting friendships he forges, along with his attraction to enigmatic figures, reveal his internal struggle between the desire to be accepted and the dark impulses that dominate him.

Jeffrey's shocking acts are presented with a sensitivity that seeks to unearth the humanity behind the monster. In a world that marginalizes him and turns its back, the film confronts us with the unsettling question: what can drive someone to cross the line between the real and the abominable? With a tense atmosphere and careful direction, the film offers a disturbing look at the fragility of the human mind and the dark paths it can take.
