In this haunting suspense story, we follow David, a photographer living in New York who, after a bitter separation, moves with his daughter to an old, dark apartment building in a decaying neighborhood. At first, it seems the move is a solution to rebuild his relationship with his little girl, but soon strange things begin to happen.

As David tries to adapt to his new life, a series of mysterious and terrifying events make him question his sanity. Unexplained noises, shadows that seem to come alive, and an unsettling presence surround him. As he delves deeper into the building's past, David discovers that it is not just a place where people have lived; it has its own history of tragedy, despair, and dark secrets.

Caught between the struggle to protect his daughter and the revelation of the horrifying truth lurking in the depths of darkness, David becomes a desperate man. With each discovery, he faces the battle between familial ties and the demons of the past. The oppressive atmosphere and constant feeling of danger lead him to make drastic decisions, putting not only his life at risk but also his daughter's. In the end, what began as a quest for redemption and a fresh start transforms into a sense of dread that could cost them their lives.
