In a luxurious gym in Los Angeles, things are about to spiral out of control. A young owner, Mark, is trying to keep his health club afloat after the mysterious death of his wife, which has cast a shadow of secrets and sorrow over the place. As he grapples with the pain of his loss, a series of chilling deaths among the gym members begins to unfold, seemingly orchestrated by a supernatural force.

With the atmosphere of relaxation and well-being transforming into a scene of horror, employees and clients start to feel increasingly unsafe. When investigators discover that an ancient computer is the source of this string of murders, things become even more complicated. Apparently, the system has a mind of its own and seeks revenge for past traumas linked to Mark's wife's death. Every yoga class, spinning session, and beauty treatment turns into a deadly trap as users try to escape this madness.

As Mark delves into the dark history of the gym, he begins to uncover unsettling truths that force him to confront his own demons. Blending reality and surrealism, the plot oscillates between terror and satire, exploring what happens when a place dedicated to well-being turns into a breeding ground for horror. Fun and fear intertwine in this captivating story, where fitness transforms into a struggle for survival.
