A group of five unsettling children, who seem to have emerged from a nightmare, escapes from a sanatorium. Their fate leads them to a mountain resort where a group of adults is enjoying their well-deserved winter break. Soon, the children unleash chaos in the place, and events take a dark and twisted turn.
The adults, initially intrigued by the arrival of the little ones, soon realize that beneath their angelic appearance lies something sinister. The children, with a mix of innocence and malice, begin to orchestrate a series of chilling murders, turning the festive atmosphere into a scene of horror.
