Dog Lay Afternoon

In a small village shrouded in the shadows of superstition, a group of villagers finds itself trapped between reality and madness. It all begins with a series of strange events that unleash fear and paranoia, attributed to a mysterious beast that is said to lurk in the surroundings. The atmosphere becomes increasingly tense as the connection between the being and the darkness that resides in the hearts of men becomes more evident.

The story revolves around a young man who, driven by curiosity and the desire to uncover the truth behind the legend, decides to investigate the rumors thoroughly. However, his inquiries will lead him down a dark path where he will encounter disturbing personalities, family secrets, and ancestral rituals that challenge logic. As he unravels the web of lies that has kept the village in a state of fear for so long, he realizes that the true beast may not be the bloodthirsty creature everyone fears, but rather human nature itself.

With ominous twists and an oppressive atmosphere, the narrative offers a disturbing reflection on the primitive instincts and savagery that reside within each of us, leaving the audience in a state of wonder and contemplation about what it truly means to be human. This work masterfully blends horror, drama, and social critique, creating an unforgettable experience.
