In a vibrant 1920s London, a brilliant surgeon battles his own demons. Dr. Jack is a physician renowned for his skill in the operating room, but he is also known for his struggles with alcohol and his temperamental nature. One day, his life takes an unexpected turn when he encounters a young nurse, with whom he begins to develop a deep emotional connection. She represents hope in his crumbling life, while simultaneously challenging his tough personality.

Meanwhile, Dr. Jack faces an ethical dilemma when a series of mysterious patients start to die in the hospital where he works. The pressure mounts and accusations begin to fly, forcing him to fight not only for his reputation but also for his freedom. Caught between the passion he feels for his new friend and the chaos surrounding him, Jack starts to question his choices.

With unexpected twists and a tense atmosphere, the story explores the duality of human nature: the good and evil that coexist within each of us. As the plot unfolds, a dark secret from the past is revealed, threatening not only his career but also the lives of those he tries to save. With a shocking conclusion, the film will lead you to reflect on the true nature of redemption and the internal struggle between duty and emotion.
