In the crazy 1930s, a young woman named Mary, with dreams of greatness, moves to the bustling city of New York, where life is not as simple as she expected. Upon her arrival, she finds herself trapped in a world of glamour and misfortune, quickly realizing that life in the big city comes at a price. With empty pockets and scarce opportunities, Mary faces the harsh reality of having to survive.

An unexpected twist occurs when she crosses paths with a group of women leading a life of excess. These women represent everything she desires: style, luxury, and a carefree existence. Seduced by the promise of a better life, Mary is swept away and soon becomes part of this world. However, as she delves deeper into this hedonistic lifestyle, she begins to uncover that the path to success is fraught with betrayals and difficult decisions.

As the neon lights shine at night and glamour mingles with danger, Mary must confront her own ambitions and regrets. The story takes the audience on an emotional journey, exploring the struggle between what one wants and what truly matters. In a heartbreaking climax, Mary must decide whether it is worth sacrificing her integrity for a life of excess or if there is a more difficult yet authentic path. The film is a reflection on the cost of success and a raw portrait of life in a city that never sleeps.
