Emergency Call

On any given night, a group of telephone operators at a central office in a big city faces a series of emergencies that test their bravery and professionalism. The narrative focuses on the daily lives of these women, who receive distressing calls from people in trouble and, amid the chaos, must remain calm while seeking help for those in need. Among the operators stands out a young woman who, despite her inexperience, demonstrates a remarkable talent for handling critical situations.

The plot intensifies when a series of incidents unfold simultaneously, overwhelming the operators and pushing the tension to its limits. From a car accident to a victim of a fire, each call weaves a mosaic of intertwined stories where life and death hang by a thread. As the women struggle to save lives and coordinate rescue efforts, they also confront their own ghosts and personal concerns.

With moments of heart-pounding action and heart-wrenching emotions, the film captures not only the urgency of a crisis-stricken telephone central but also the solidarity and courage of the operators who, though anonymous, are the true heart that beats behind each call. In the climax, the sacrifices they make in their profession are revealed, providing us with a profound insight into the humanity that lies behind every emergency.
