In a quiet Canadian village, everyday life is interrupted by a series of mysterious disappearances and horrifying deaths. The atmosphere grows tense when a group of scientists at a nearby military base begins experimenting with radiation and mind control, determined to unravel the secrets of the human mind. However, their experiments take a terrifying turn: they create invisible, insidious creatures that feed on the brains of their victims, unleashing chaos in the community.

The base lieutenant, an expert in the field, teams up with a brave local reporter and a townsperson to investigate these strange occurrences. What begins as a simple mystery soon evolves into a desperate fight for survival, as the creatures continue to wreak havoc and sow panic. Each scene is charged with tension, creating an environment where distrust takes hold and terror becomes palpable.

As the investigation progresses, the trio uncovers the dark secrets of military experimentation and the responsibility behind the horrors unfolding. With a focus on the fragile connection between science and morality, the plot builds toward a final confrontation that will challenge their endurance. In a climax filled with action and scares, the characters must confront their own fears and the monsters they have created, facing the sinister question: how far can humanity go in its pursuit of power?
