In a picturesque suburban neighborhood, a declining playwright struggling to find his place in the world finds himself caught in a comical and desperate predicament. This man's life takes an unexpected turn when his wife begins to suspect his infidelities, plunging him into a frenzy of paranoia and inventiveness. To make matters worse, an accidental blow leads to the appearance of a corpse in his garden, precisely where he planned to build a gazebo.

Desperate to hide the secret, this creative individual embarks on a series of increasingly absurd lies, trying to navigate the situation without his family or the police finding out. With a group of curious and meddlesome neighbors around him, each attempt to save his reputation only further entangles him in the plot. The circumstances spiral into a collection of hilarious misunderstandings that challenge his wits.

As things get more complicated, our hero discovers that he needs more than just cleverness to get out of this mess; he must also confront the issues in his marriage and find a way to reconcile his personal aspirations with the reality of his life. With subtle humor and situations that border on the absurd, the story shows us how, sometimes, what seems like an end can actually be the beginning of something new. Get ready to laugh and reflect in this comedy that blends the absurd with the everyday!
