In a vibrant national park, Yogi Bear, the iconic bear with gourmet inclinations, and his faithful companion Boo Boo are eager to make the most of their summer. Meanwhile, the peace of the park is disrupted by the arrival of a greedy businessman who plans to transform the space into a theme park. No, that's not what Yogi wants, as he has a special talent for stealing picnic baskets.
With his cleverness and insatiable appetite for treats, Yogi devises a plan to save his home and all the picnics in the park. Along with Boo Boo, they embark on a series of comedic misadventures as they try to rally the park’s inhabitants and visitors to resist the businessman’s attempts.
Throughout the film, we see Yogi struggling against his own gluttonous nature, all while trying to prove that animals also have rights. The lovable duo must deal with ranger Smith, who is always trying to capture him.
