In the midst of the New Mexico desert, an American family embarks on a road trip that transforms into a terrifying nightmare. The Carters, a typical middle-class family, find themselves trapped in a barren and desolate landscape, far from any signs of civilization. As they seek a shortcut, they lose their way and end up in a forgotten area inhabited by a strange and hostile community of cannibals who soon reveal their bloodlust.

As night falls and tensions rise, the family members face heart-wrenching and risky decisions. The Carters must contend with the relentless presence of their pursuers, who revel in chaos and the suffering of others. In a deadly game of survival, each family member proves how far they are willing to go to protect themselves and save their loved ones.

With an oppressive atmosphere and a visceral approach to horror, this story delves into primal fears and the savage nature of humanity when cornered. As the days turn into a desperate struggle for life, the secrets and inner strength of each individual come to light, while the Carters confront unimaginable terror. The journey that began as a simple family getaway becomes a macabre experience that will change them forever.
