In this fun Christmas adventure, Kevin McCallister faces a new challenge when his parents decide to separate, and he finds himself torn between his mother's family celebrations and his father's new home with his new partner. Kevin, being a very resourceful child, chooses to stay with his father in his luxurious mansion. However, his joy is quickly interrupted when he discovers that the house is under the watchful eye of Marv and Vera, two thieves attempting to rob his father's new home.
Alone and determined to protect his new abode, Kevin goes to great lengths to set up a series of clever tricks and traps to thwart the intruders. With his sharp improvisational skills and a bunch of household items at his disposal, he transforms the mansion into a true battleground. As the action unfolds, Kevin also has to deal with the challenge of fitting into his father's family and proving that, despite his fears, he will always be the brave defender of what he loves.
