An experienced hostage negotiator, Jeff Talley, finds himself caught in a spiral of tension when his family becomes the target of a dangerous gang of criminals. After a failed encounter in a previous case that left him marked, Jeff has moved to a quiet suburb to try to rebuild his life. But fate has other plans when a violent robbery at a nearby mansion turns into absolute chaos.

Three young criminals, improvising a plan to pull off a big score, end up taking the family living in the house hostage. Trapped in a dead end, Jeff is forced to use all his negotiation skills and past experience to save the hostages, including his own family, who are in danger due to the very same situation.

As the hours pass, the tension escalates, and the desperate, out-of-control criminals complicate matters even further. Jeff must contend not only with the ticking clock but also with his own internal demons and the haunting memory of his last failed mission. With unexpected twists and a thrilling conclusion, the movie immerses the viewer in a psychological game of life or death where each decision can come at a high cost. In the end, it is revealed that nothing is as it seems, and each character has their own secrets that could change the course of the story.
