A group of friends gathers at the ancestral home of one of them, intending to relax and write their novel. However, what starts as a peaceful getaway soon turns into a surreal nightmare. Upon arrival, they discover that the house seems to have a life of its own: its walls appear to whisper dark secrets, and the antique furniture moves as if possessed.
One of the friends, an aspiring writer with a turbulent past, is instantly drawn to the house's unsettling atmosphere and begins to experience strange visions that force her to confront her deepest fears.
