In a small Italian village, a group of artists and film critics gather to evaluate a horror movie shot in the area. Among them is a young director who becomes obsessed with a mysterious woman who appears in the screening. His curiosity drives him to investigate the story behind the film, and he soon discovers that its production was marked by a series of strange and tragic events.

As he delves deeper into the story, the director learns that the woman in the film, who plays a crucial role, seemed to have a sinister connection to reality. At the same time, strange accidents begin to occur in the village, heightening the atmosphere of tension and fear. What starts as an artistic exploration transforms into a nightmare, as the protagonist finds himself plunging deeper into a labyrinth of madness and death.

Characters that initially seem charming reveal their true intentions, and art becomes a distorted mirror of reality itself. The boundary between fiction and real life blurs, and the director is forced to confront his own demons. With an unsettling pace and a captivating visual style, the narrative unfolds as a psychological thriller that will leave the viewer questioning the limits of artistic creation and the horror lurking in the shadows of the mind.
