In a world where primordial fears emerge from the shadows, a journalist named Karen White finds herself trapped in a spiral of terror after witnessing a brutal murder. In her attempt to regain her mental stability, Karen receives a recommendation from a therapy guru, who invites her to a mysterious retreat in the woods. With a group of equally tormented individuals, it seems like the perfect place to heal, but what initially appeared to be a sanctuary quickly transforms into a nightmare.

As Karen explores her new life at the retreat, she begins to uncover dark secrets about its residents. Rumors of a strange community hiding behind a normal facade begin to take shape: beings that are not exactly human, but rather night creatures with an insatiable hunger. As the full moon approaches, horrific transformations and a series of macabre events begin to unfold, revealing the true nature of those around her.

Confronted with an unsustainable reality, Karen must join forces with a group of friends and allies to try to survive the impending transformation that threatens not only her life but also her very humanity. With moments of tension, astonishing special effects, and a touch of social critique, what should be a healing retreat turns into a desperate fight for survival on a night that could change everything.
