On a remote island in the ocean, a shipwreck occurs and its only survivor, a young man named Edward, is rescued by a mysterious figure. Edward soon discovers that he has arrived at a place where the line between humanity and bestiality blurs. The island is the ominous home of Dr. Moreau, a mad scientist obsessed with creating hybrids of humans and animals. Through grotesque and tortuous experiments, Moreau seeks to bestow a human semblance upon his creatures, but at a high cost.
As Edward delves deeper into this nightmare, he finds himself surrounded by tormented beings struggling to maintain their humanity despite their monstrous appearance. Among them is the beautiful yet sorrowful woman named Lota, one of Moreau's 'creations,' who becomes Edward's romantic interest. However, the atmosphere of terror intensifies when the creatures, weary of Dr. Moreau's domination and his cruel experiments, begin to question their own existence and humanity.
With elements of science fiction and Gothic horror, the story turns into a psychological game of survival, where the forces of nature and morality clash in a desperate struggle. As the secrets of the island are revealed, Edward must decide whether to join the creatures in their rebellion or become a victim of Dr. Moreau's dark experiments.
