In a small town, a rock musician named Jack Frost struggles to find balance in his life between his career and his family. The story begins in a harsh winter, when after a fatal car accident, Jack finds himself trapped in an unusual situation. A year after his tragic death, an unexpected magic transforms the life of his son, Charlie, who feels a deep void from the loss of his father. When Charlie wishes he could spend time with Jack again, something extraordinary happens: his father's spirit is reincarnated into a snowman he had built himself.

Jack, in his new form, has the opportunity to rediscover his love for his son and the importance of being present. As he tries to adapt to his new snow body, Jack experiences heartwarming and funny moments that lead him to understand the true meaning of fatherhood. Together, father and son face wintry adversities and embark on a journey filled with laughter and tears, where lessons about family and time intertwine.

As spring approaches and the inevitable melting of his snow form looms, Jack must make difficult decisions about his time with Charlie. This touching story challenges what it means to be a good father, highlighting the magic of memories and the importance of always having a father's love in one's heart.
