In a world where reality and nightmare intertwine, a Vietnam veteran named Jacob Singer attempts to rebuild his life after the war. However, the aftermath of his experience in the conflict haunts him in ways he never imagined. He begins to experience a series of terrifying and bewildering hallucinations that challenge his perception of what is real. Over time, these visions become increasingly unsettling, leading him to question his own sanity.

As he searches for answers, Jacob encounters old friends and army colleagues who also seem trapped in a cycle of suffering and confusion. As he delves deeper into his mental torment, Jacob realizes that both his past and his current relationships are intricately connected to a dark secret involving governmental experiments. As he tries to unravel the truth, the line between hallucinations and reality begins to blur even further.

Jacob's journey is a heartbreaking exploration of guilt, loss, and the quest for redemption. Trapped in his own mind, he must confront his personal demons in an attempt to find ultimate peace, while the plot leads him to a shocking destiny that will change everything he thought he knew about himself and his existence. In an environment where anything is possible and nothing is as it seems, the struggle for truth becomes a fight for his own life.
