Joe's Apartment

In the bustling heart of New York, a young man named Joe has just moved into a low-cost apartment that, it seems, has not only walls and windows but also a peculiar population of tenants: a multitude of rats! But these aren’t just any rats, as these little creatures have their own personalities and a unique sense of humor. At first, Joe feels a bit overwhelmed by the unwanted company of his new roommates, who are experts at sneaking around and causing mischief.

As the story unfolds, Joe forms an unexpected relationship with his rodent tenants. Not only do they become his unusual friends, but they also teach him to live life to the fullest, enjoying the little things and facing everyday challenges in a hilariously entertaining way. Amid spontaneous parties and unexpected advice about love and city living, Joe begins to notice how his curious friends help him change his perspective.

However, the real challenge comes when Joe falls in love with a beautiful woman who has no idea about the uniqueness of his home. In this blend of comedy and surrealism, Joe must decide whether he dares to share his eccentric life with her, all while grappling with societal expectations and searching for his place in a world where things are never as they seem. The story is a humorous take on urban life, friendship, and the acceptance of the strange.
