Law of the Border

In a village on the Turkish border, the lives of its inhabitants unfold between routine and the constant fear of the violence raging on the other side. The story follows a group of men who have lived for years under the oppression of a prosperous gang of criminals that controls smuggling and local resources. The situation becomes unsustainable when one of the community members, driven by desperation, decides to confront tyranny.

This act of rebellion triggers a series of events that will transform the life of the village. With the arrival of a law officer, the tension between the criminals and the inhabitants escalates, and loyalties are put to the test. While some fight to regain their dignity and freedom, others choose the path of silence and submission, fearing retaliation.

As the narrative unfolds, secrets from the past are revealed that explain the deep wounds of the community and the seemingly endless cycles of violence. The film captures the internal struggle of its characters, caught between the desire for revenge and the need for reconciliation. In an exciting climax, the fight for justice intertwines with survival, leading viewers to an ending where hope and tragedy coexist, reminding us that sometimes, the true enemy is fear itself.
