In this charming dramedy, we follow Jesse Fisher, a 35-year-old man who feels trapped in the routine of his life as an editor in New York. When he receives news that his alma mater is celebrating its anniversary, he decides to return to his old college campus. This journey immerses him in a sea of nostalgia and reflections on his student years, where philosophical discussions and a spirit of adventure were the norm.

Once there, Jesse reconnects with old acquaintances and forms new friendships, especially with Zibby, a brilliant 19-year-old student who challenges his worldview. The spark between them is undeniable, but it also raises complicated questions about the age difference and life expectations. As he explores the campus and engages with enthusiastic young people, Jesse begins to reassess his own choices and ambitions.

Through deep conversations and hilarious moments, the film tackles themes such as personal growth, the search for happiness, and the value of education in an era where everything seems to be changing. Jesse must balance his desire to relive his youth with the reality of his adult life, and the story culminates in a reflection on the future and the importance of finding our place in the world. With a touch of romance and a message about the passage of time, this film is a sincere exploration of maturity.
