In a cozy yet shadowy sanatorium, a young psychiatrist becomes the new doctor in charge of helping a series of patients with mental health issues. Among them is a mysterious and seductive woman who defies the rules and conventions of the place. Her ethereal beauty and unsettling personality capture everyone's attention, but they also hide a dark past that has led her to this retreat.

As the psychiatrist delves into her world, he discovers that his fascination for her turns into a dangerous obsession. Lilith, as she is called, unleashes a series of disturbing events that reveal secrets about her history and question the ethics of psychiatry. With each session he shares with her, the doctor feels increasingly trapped in her spell, and his life begins to unravel both at work and in his personal life.

The other patients reflect his fears and desires, showing how madness and reality intertwine in unsettling ways. As the connection between them intensifies, the line between love and madness blurs, leading the psychiatrist into an emotional abyss that challenges his understanding of sanity and passion.

In this unsettling yet captivating narrative, the shadows of the past intertwine with the present, and the protagonist faces moral dilemmas on a journey into darkness that will change his life forever.
