A varied group of characters embarks on a thrilling adventure on a remote island in the ocean, where it is rumored that the lost civilization of Atlantis might be hidden. The story begins when a cargo ship faces a fierce storm, forcing the crew and passengers to seek refuge in a place that does not appear on their maps. Upon arriving at the mysterious island, they realize they are trapped in a forgotten world, where nature has created a wild and dangerous environment.

As the plot progresses, the protagonists confront a series of prehistoric creatures and fantastical beings that inhabit the island, such as dinosaurs and fish-men. Tension rises among the characters as they struggle to survive and find a way to escape. Meanwhile, dark secrets about the place and its inhabitants' past are unveiled, raising questions about human ambition, nature, and sacrifice.

With special effects typical of the era and a pulp adventure style, the film explores themes of friendship, betrayal, and the fight to find a way back home. Through stunning settings and moments of great emotion, the story takes the viewer on a nearly surreal journey into the unknown, where what is real and what is legend intertwine in unexpected ways. Will they manage to find the way out of this lost continent?
