In this unsettling psychological horror film, a passionate yet troubled British art critic becomes the epicenter of a series of mysterious and deadly events. After surviving a brutal attack, he finds himself in a hospital where a skeptical police officer investigates the case, trying to unravel the truth behind the violence that has surrounded the critic and his mysterious history. Soon, the officer discovers that the man possesses a supernatural power: anything he fervently desires becomes reality, and not always in the kindest manner.

As the officer delves deeper into the critic's life, a dark past filled with tragedies and grudges is revealed, including the death of his wife and the disintegration of his relationships. Every desire that springs from his mind triggers a chain of brutal disasters, leaving a trail of death and chaos in its wake. The tension mounts as the investigator begins to doubt his own sanity and confronts the possible reality that his own future is now tied to the terrifying desires of the critic.

The atmosphere grows increasingly oppressive, leading the viewer to a shocking climax where it will become clear whether the true danger lies in the critic's powers or in the malice of human beings. With a backdrop of trauma and a supernatural twist, this story raises the question of how far a tortured mind can go and the consequences of its dark desires.
