In a neighborhood in Washington D.C., a high school teacher named Jeffrey (played by Robert Townsend) leads a quiet life but has always dreamed of doing something great. One day, while walking through his neighborhood, a meteorite falls from the sky, and upon touching it, he develops a series of superpowers he never could have imagined. From flying to the ability to heal wounds, he soon becomes a local hero, using his new abilities to help his community.
