In an era of rampant industrialization and mechanization, a factory worker confronts the routine of a world where machines have taken control. Struggling to survive in an oppressive environment, our protagonist, a humble laborer, finds himself caught in the whirlwind of assembly line work, where each day he feels more dehumanized and alienated.

After a nervous breakdown triggered by monotony and work pressure, he decides to leave his job and finds himself wandering the streets of a frantic city, full of people also searching for their place in this new order. Along his way, he encounters a young idealist living in poverty, fighting to take care of her family. As their paths cross, a heartfelt bond is formed, and together they embark on a series of comic adventures and mishaps that reflect the struggles of the working class.

However, the fear of unemployment and the fight against oppression remain constant in their lives, leading them to seek solutions in a world that seems to be against them. Through hilarious situations and a touch of social critique, the duo faces the reality of their time, showcasing the resilience of the human spirit in the face of adversity. With each obstacle, the search for happiness, love, and hope is reaffirmed in a society continually grappling with the challenges of modernity.
