In a metropolis filled with crime and madness, a clumsy yet determined detective finds himself in the middle of a dangerous conspiracy that could end the world. After a complicated accident leaves him temporarily out of service, the detective must return to the streets, even though his clumsiness and unique sense of justice make him the target of his colleagues' mockery and a nightmare for his superiors.

While investigating a series of mysterious robberies and dangerous threats, he encounters a beautiful and cunning journalist who is on the trail of an elusive villain planning an attack during an international event. Together, they embark on a hilarious chase through a whirlwind of outrageous situations and comedic misunderstandings. From romantic entanglements to explosive laughter, the duo uncovers secrets that the upper echelons of power would do anything to keep hidden.

As events unfold, situations become increasingly absurd, but the detective insists that his unconventional methods and unwavering faith in justice can save the day. However, his blunders could prove disastrous at the most critical moments. With witty dialogue and iconic scenes, this film classic nods to crime comedies and leaves an indelible mark on cinematic history, blending action with a humor that never goes out of style.
