In a dark and oppressive atmosphere, a young artist named John, tormented by his own internal demons, finds himself swept into a whirlwind of madness and despair after experiencing a series of horrifying nightmares. These terrifying visions drive him to lose control, and soon he becomes a prisoner of his own mind. As he struggles to distinguish between reality and nightmare, he begins to connect his visions with the mysterious disappearance of his ex-girlfriend, Helen, who has vanished without a trace.

Desperate to find Helen and haunted by his own hallucinations, John seeks help from a psychiatrist, who quickly realizes that John's nightmares are linked to traumatic events from his past. As they jointly explore his darkest memories, the story unfolds in a frantic quest for the truth, where each new discovery about Helen leads to an unexpected twist.

The narrative delves into a deep analysis of the human mind, guilt, and regret, as the boundaries between madness and reason seem to blur. In a chilling climax, John confronts a revelation that defies all logic, forcing him to face his deepest fears in order to break the cycle of terror that has consumed him. The film is an unsettling journey into the darkest corners of the psyche, leaving the audience on the edge of their seats.
