Set in Victorian England, this adaptation of the literary classic follows the life of an orphan who, after growing up in a ruthless orphanage, embarks on an epic quest to find his place in the world. Oliver, a boy with an indomitable spirit and bright eyes, manages to escape the cruel life in the workhouse and heads to London, a place where he hopes to find love and acceptance. However, the brutal reality of urban life presents him with a dark and painful landscape.

Upon arrival, his fate intertwines with a gang of thieves led by the cunning Fagin, who uses children to carry out his misdeeds. Oliver soon finds himself caught in this world of crime, where loyalty and betrayal are the order of the day. Torn between the desire for belonging and the struggle for his morality, Oliver faces challenges that will test his bravery and his heart.

Throughout his journey, the young boy encounters endearing characters, from the kind-hearted Nancy, who feels trapped in the life she has chosen, to the enigmatic Sykes, a threatening figure who represents the darkest side of society. As each of them grapples with their own demons, Oliver clings to the hope for a better future and the belief that, despite his circumstances, there is always room for redemption. A poignant tale of perseverance, friendship, and the search for family.
