In a small and picturesque town in Wisconsin during the 1930s, the life of an agricultural community intertwines with the simple yet significant daily experiences of a girl named Selina. Through her eyes, we meet her father, a dreamer and optimistic farmer who, despite the adversities, always finds the positive side of life. On the other hand, her mother is the pillar of the family, a pragmatic woman who struggles to maintain harmony in their home.

The plot unfolds as Selina observes and learns about love, friendship, and the hardships of life while interacting with her neighbors, whose stories paint a vibrant portrait of the community. From the wise elder of the town to the young mother who longs for a better future for her daughter, each character brings with them a lesson that Selina absorbs on her journey to adulthood.

As the seasons change and the crops blossom, the girl faces the realities of growing up, including sadness and loss, but also hope and resilience. The film captures those simple and beautiful moments that often escape us in the whirlwind of daily life, highlighting the value of small things and human connection. Through laughter, tears, and love, Selina and her family teach us that even though the grapes of our life can be tender and vulnerable, there is always room for growth and joy.
