In the vibrant and chaotic London of the late 60s, a mysterious and introspective ex-rocker named Turner finds himself trapped in a tumultuous life of excess and disillusionment. His world takes an unexpected turn when a young gangster, seeking to escape the brutality of his criminal life, takes refuge in his home. What begins as a simple quest for safety transforms into a series of encounters charged with tension, desire, and confusion.

As the gangster delves deeper into Turner's world, both men begin to explore their own identities, blurring the lines between reality and performance. The influences of pop culture and art intertwine throughout their interaction, with surreal settings that challenge the viewer's perception. In this role-playing game centered around the quest for authenticity, themes of masculinity, violence, and the role of art in society are explored.

With innovative cinematography and a hypnotic visual style that captures the essence of the era, the film immerses itself in the hedonism and alienation of youth during that time. As the encounter becomes increasingly intense, both characters confront their inner demons, culminating in a dizzying descent into introspection and self-destruction. Throughout the film, the audience is left wondering how much of what they see is real and how much is pure performance.
