Port of Call

In a small coastal town, life goes on quietly until a group of fishermen faces an unexpected crisis. The boats, which once returned to port overflowing with fish, now come back nearly empty. With the local economy wobbling, the community is split between those who believe in luck and those who think it's time to seek new opportunities.

The protagonist, an old sailor with over fifty years of experience at sea, becomes the leader of the group in their struggle to find a solution. Alongside him is a young dreamer who longs to break free from monotony and find his path, both representing different generations and their perspectives on the future. As tension rises, so do local rivalries, and secrets from the past begin to surface.

As the community is forced to work together to find a solution, the story explores themes of solidarity, hope, and the struggle for survival. In the midst of adversity, the characters will learn that sometimes the fight is not just at sea, but also in the heart of each one of them. With cinematography that captures the essence of the sea and its people, the film offers a poignant portrayal of life on the coast, as the characters face decisions that will define their destinies.
